This page (together with the documents referred to on it) explains the terms and conditions (Terms & Conditions) on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website www.spheredent.com as well as in our Catalogue.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products directly from our Site or by other means. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. ABOUT US We are registered in Belgium under ONSS n° 1315552-79 since February 2005 and with our registered office at Rue Royale 322, B-1210 Brussels – Belgium. Our VAT registration number is BE 0877.816.643.
2. PRICES
- All prices are in € EURO & we reserve the right to change without prior notice.
- All prices are EX WORK. Shipping & Insurance is not included.
- 21% TVA (VAT – Value Added Tax) will be applicable on all National orders.
- All International order will be shipped TVA (VAT) free.
3. SALES POLICY
3.1 Minimum purchase should meet below stated value standards in following buying groups:
Sole Distributors: EUR 2000.
Dealers / Distributors: EUR 1000.
3.1.1 Package quantity for each product is 25 Pieces. 30,00 EUR handling charges will be applicable on lower quantities.
3.1.2 Multiple items can be combined for quantity discounts.
3.1.3 Upon approval, credit terms are Net 30, unless otherwise stated by SPHERE DENT.
4. ORDERING POLICY
4.1 All orders must be placed in writing from the buyer and should include the following information:
- Purchase Order Number
- Purchase Order Date
- Company Name
- Authorized Purchaser Name & Signature
- Purchasers FAX n° OR E-Mail
- Company Stamp
- Billing & Shipping Address
- Quantity Ordered
- Unit Price
- Delivery Due Date
- TVA (VAT) Number
- Your Desired Shipping Option
- Other Instructions (if any)

5. WARRANTY PERIOD
5.1 SPHERE DENT’s Warranty covers defects in original material(s) & workmanship for a period of 1-Year from the original purchase date. SPHERE DENT warrants that all products are free from defects in material & workmanship in original conditions with the following qualifications:
- The product will be used under the conditions for which it has been designed.
- The product will be operated in a controlled manner.
- The products will be used under the proper envoirmental conditions.
- The consumer must maintain the product as specified in the individual product instructions.
6. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- This warranty does not apply to damage from envoirnmental conditions, damage from negligent maintenance are not covered under this warranty.
- This warranty does not cover any instrument that has, at any time, been altered, modified, re-fitted, neglected, mishandled or damaged.
- This warranty does not cover instruments that break due to over or improper use, improper cleaning or sterilization (sterilized with bad water or extra high heat), dropped instruments, improper sharpening & normal wear or tear.
- Instruments, tools & other devices which are mishandled, used incorrectly or used for a purpose other than that for which they were designed & intended, will void warranty coverage.
7. FREIGHT POLICY
7.1 All orders are shipped FOB. Unless otherwise stated, freight charges are prepaid or added to the invoice.
7.2 Following freight options are available with SPHERE DENT OR otherwise can be negotiable as per customers needs.
By COURIER (for local & worldwide deliveries)
By POST (for local deliveries)
AIR FREIGHT (for worldwide deliveries)
8. DELIVERIES
8.1 All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If product is available in stock, we ship within 48 hours from order placement.
8.2 Non Stock product is usually shipped within 2 – 3 weeks. 8.3 Large order quantities takes (6-8 weeks) as production time frame.
9. PAYMENT
- All new customers, who place their orders 1st time, will be liable to pay 50% Advance & 50% at the time of dispatch.
- All existing customers can pay within 30 Days.
9.3 Any delays in payment will be subject to charge 0.2% (of total value of Invoice) per day basis onward to Invoice due date.
10. ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
- After placing orders, within 1-week (from the date of purchase order) any changes can be made by contacting our sales department.
- Any Order can be cancelled within 3-days (from the date of purchase order) by contacting our sales department.
- Purchase orders for special order or custom items can not be cancelled without full reimbursement of any costs incurred to SPHERE DENT as of the date of cancellation.
- If above time limit has been passed and order has been confirmed (by our sales department), 25% restocking fee will be applicable on total order value and all customers are subject to pay this fee in case of such cancellations.
11. RETURNING POLICY
- No items can be returned without SPHERE DENT pre-approval.
- Returned items must be in Resale-able condition, in unopened case packs.
- Damaged or open cartons will be refused.
- Return must be within 1 month of original invoice date.
- Approval for returns can be obtained by contacting SPHERE DENT’s Customer Service department, at 0032 2 2171162. Once approved, customer will beissued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- The amount of the credit issued by SPHERE DENT will be the invoice price of the product less:
- 25% Restocking charge
11.6.2 Any freight charges or duties incurred by SPHERE DENT.
- Customer is responsible for all freight costs to ship product back to SPHERE DENT.
12. PACKAGING & LABELING
12.1 SPHERE DENT provide a wide variety of packaging with benefits including:
12.1.1 Presentation: Crystal clear clarity to enhance product presentation and consumer appeal.
12.1.2 Strength: Excellent strength and toughness; resistant to impact, cracking or shattering.
12.1.3 Environmentally Sound: Always use recyclabale ECO packaging materials.
12.2 If customers have any special packaging demands, they can mention all instructions on their purchase orders. Thus, additional charges can be applicable in case of any CUSTOM packaging.
12.3 All products have SPHERE DENT labels, product n°, CE, INOX & a unique barcode number.
13. PROPERTY RIGHTS
13.1 All dispatched goods will remain SPHERE DENT’s sole property until all outstanding debits are cleared by customers.
13.2 Belgian law is applicable to all contractual procedures in our relationship with our all customers.

15.1 All SPHERE DENT trademarks are our intellectual property & no one has any right to use them for any sort of publicity, except our sole distributors, distributors & dealers upon approval.
16. PRIVACY POLICY
16.1SPHERE DENT care about its customer’s privacy. Thus, your personal information is only to use by SPHERE DENT in order to serve you.
16.1.1 Your given information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties, and is information used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s).
16.1.2 Information may also be used for statistical purposes, to improve our web site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
16.1.3 SPHERE DENT protects its customers that their personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
